1. Delivery
Réno-Go Matériaux (“Réno-Go”) offers delivery for many of its products, subject to product availability, size, and the delivery destination.
Available shipping options, applicable fees, and delivery methods are displayed during checkout whenever available.
Certain regions, products, or order quantities may be subject to restrictions or require validation prior to shipment.
2. Delivery Times
The delivery times indicated on our website are estimates only and do not constitute a guarantee.
Delivery times may vary due to, among other factors:
· Product availability;
· Manufacturer or supplier lead times;
· Carrier transit times;
· Weather conditions;
· Delivery destination;
· Circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Réno-Go cannot guarantee a specific delivery date and shall not be held liable for delays caused by events beyond its control.
3. Heavy or Oversized Products
Certain heavy, fragile, oversized, or specialty-transport items may be subject to special delivery conditions, including warehouse pickup only.
If necessary, we will contact you to confirm the delivery arrangements best suited to your order.
Additional charges may apply depending on the destination, weight, dimensions of the products, or any special transportation requirements.
4. Warehouse Pickup
When warehouse pickup is available, you must wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before arriving for pickup.
At the time of pickup, you may be required to present a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of purchase to verify your identity.
5. Special Delivery Instructions
If you provide special delivery instructions to the carrier, such as leaving a package without a signature or at a specific location, you assume any risks associated with those instructions.
Réno-Go shall not be held liable for any package that is lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery when the shipment has been completed in accordance with the delivery instructions provided.
6. Inspection of Products
It is your responsibility to inspect your order immediately upon delivery or at the time of warehouse pickup.
If a product is damaged, incomplete, or does not match your order, you must contact us within 48 hours of receipt and provide:
· Your order number;
· A detailed description of the issue;
· Clear photographs of the product and its packaging.
For products intended for installation, it is also your responsibility to verify the dimensions, colour, finish, compatibility, and overall condition of the product before installation.
Any product that has been installed shall be deemed accepted by the customer, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
