1. Return Period
Exchanges and returns are accepted within 14 days from the date of purchase or receipt of the product (delivery or pickup).

2. Eligibility Conditions
To qualify for an exchange or return, the product must:
• Be new, uninstalled, and unused;
• Be in its original packaging, intact, unopened, and in perfect condition;
• Be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

3. Return Procedures

In-Store Returns
Returns must be made in person.

Return by Carrier
All requests must first be submitted to customer service: info@reno-go.ca
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer;
• Initial delivery fees are non-refundable;
• The customer assumes all risks of loss or damage during transit;
• The use of a carrier with a tracking number is recommended.

4. Damaged Products
Any damage must be reported within 48 hours of receipt.
The customer must:
• Take clear photos of the packaging and the product;
• Send the request with a description of the issue and supporting documents to info@reno-go.ca

No claims for damaged products will be accepted after the 48-hour period following receipt of the order.

5. Special Order Products
• No refunds are granted for special orders;
• Deposits are non-refundable.

6. Applicable Fees
• A 30% restocking fee may apply;
• Shipping fees are non-refundable;
• Refunds are issued according to the original method of payment or as store credit.

7. Final Sale Items
No exchanges or returns for: clearance items, floor models, end-of-collection products, parts, maintenance products, services, hygiene products (toilets, bidets, and accessories).

8. Installation
Before installation, the customer must verify the model, color, and condition of the product. No claims will be accepted after installation. Any installed product is considered accepted as is.

Réno-Go Matériaux reserves the right to refuse any exchange or return that does not comply with the above conditions. This policy may be modified without notice.
